Managing Director — Folding Carton Converter

A privately-owned folding carton converter supplying FMCG and pharmaceutical clients is seeking a Managing Director to lead the next phase of its growth. The business has invested heavily in new equipment and capacity and is ready for a commercially-driven MD to accelerate sales and operational performance.

You will take full P&L responsibility for a business turning £15–20m, managing teams across sales, production, pre-press and logistics. Packaging converter experience at senior management level is essential.
