Technical Director — Flexible Packaging Converter

A flexible packaging converter supplying major food brands is looking for a Technical Director to lead its quality, compliance and new product development function. You will manage a team across NPD, technical service, quality and regulatory compliance, and play a key role in maintaining and growing its relationships with major retailer and brand owner customers.

A background in flexible packaging with strong technical credentials and experience of managing technical teams in a manufacturing environment is essential.
