Production Director — Commercial Litho Printer

A long-established commercial litho printer is seeking a Production Director to take ownership of its pressroom and finishing operations. You will manage a team of 60+ across pre-press, print and bindery, drive operational efficiency, and work closely with the Sales Director to ensure capacity is aligned with the order book.

Strong hands-on litho print production experience at senior level is essential. Experience of implementing lean production principles in a print environment would be a distinct advantage.
