Account Director — POS & Retail Display

A well-established POS and retail display manufacturer with strong relationships across major grocery, health & beauty, and household goods brands is seeking an Account Director to take ownership of its most strategically important client relationships. The business produces temporary and permanent display, FSDU, and branded retail theatre for clients with complex, multi-category requirements.

You will manage a portfolio of five to eight key accounts, oversee a team of account managers, and work closely with design and production to ensure delivery against brief, on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will bring deep client service experience within a POS, display, or retail marketing environment, an understanding of display manufacturing processes, and the gravitas to lead senior client conversations with confidence.
