Head of Production — Display & Signage

A display and signage manufacturer serving retail and brand clients nationally is looking for a Head of Production to manage its facility and drive performance improvements across workflow, quality, and team development. The site produces a mix of wide-format print, rigid display, fabric graphics, and bespoke fabricated items using a combination of print and workshop resource.

You will manage a team of print operators, fabricators, and finishing staff, oversee production scheduling, own quality standards, and work closely with account management to ensure client expectations are met consistently. Previous production management experience in a display, signage, or print production environment is required. Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.
