Sales Director — Commercial Print

A long-established independent commercial print business is seeking a Sales Director to take full ownership of commercial strategy and revenue growth. The company produces a broad mix of marketing collateral, retail print, and high-quality branded materials for agency and direct clients.

You will lead a field-based team, personally manage key accounts, set the new business agenda, and report directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial print sales, genuine new-business capability, and the leadership experience to develop and motivate a sales team. Deep understanding of litho and digital print processes is essential — credibility with production and estimating teams matters as much as commercial drive.
