Operations Director — Wide Format & Display

A well-invested wide-format and display graphics specialist in London is seeking an Operations Director to take full responsibility for production performance, quality, and team development. The business operates large-format inkjet, dye-sublimation, and flatbed UV presses alongside in-house finishing and installation teams.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee production planning, quality control, plant maintenance, and health and safety. You will also lead a management team of shift supervisors, workflow coordinators, and finishing leads. Previous operational leadership experience in a wide-format, display, or print production environment is essential. A data-driven approach to performance management and a track record of process improvement are key requirements.
