A leading Irish flexible packaging converter requires a Plant Manager for its 120-person Dublin facility producing CI flexo-printed food-grade laminates for blue-chip FMCG brands.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day P&L, production scheduling, and quality management
Lead CI flexo print operations (8-colour, 1200mm web width)
Drive GMP compliance and BRC Grade AA certification maintenance
Capex ownership for press and converting equipment
