Head of Sourcing — Branded Merchandise

A fast-growing branded and promotional merchandise business is looking for a Head of Sourcing to lead its supplier management and product sourcing function. The business operates across branded apparel, hard goods, packaging, and eco product categories, sourcing from a global supply base including UK, European, and Far East suppliers.

You will develop category sourcing strategies, build and manage supplier relationships, oversee ethical sourcing compliance, and work closely with sales and account management to source against client briefs efficiently and competitively. Demonstrable experience in promotional merchandise or branded products sourcing — at a distributor, supplier, or brand level — is essential. Experience managing Far East supplier relationships and ethical audit processes is strongly preferred.
