Group Sales Director — Flexible Packaging
Chad Harrison International is retained by a global flexible packaging leader to appoint a Group Sales Director. You will drive commercial strategy across EMEA, leading a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and Business Development professionals.
The Role
- Own and grow a £300m+ revenue portfolio across flexible packaging substrates
- Lead a pan-European sales team of 18 professionals
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for high-barrier and sustainable film solutions
- Represent at board level; direct engagement with C-suite clients
The Candidate
You will be a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in flexible packaging sales at a senior level. Strong knowledge of laminate structures, extrusion, and sustainability trends essential.
